Seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead our Georgetown manufacturing plant, a vital role in managing all aspects of production, team leadership, and day-to-day operations.
Make a real impact on the plant’s performance while working closely with a dedicated team and reporting directly to the VP of Mill Operations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years+ in a plant leadership role.
- Engineering or related degree; substantial experience may be considered as an alternative.
- Mechanical Aptitude; Lean Manufacturing; Maintenance knowledge.
- Leadership (3 Direct Reports).
